Abode Mallorca is a boutique luxury property brokerage based at the five-star St. Regis Mardavall Resort. At its heart is a partnership between an international property expert, a medical doctor and a former criminal lawyer — three very different professional backgrounds united by one vision: a more personal, connected and considered approach to luxury real estate.
OUR STORY
Mark Tolland founded Abode Property in Dubai, building almost 30 years of experience in luxury property, international client representation and discreet transactions. In Mallorca, Jo and Kate owned Lifestyle Properties, developing valuable local market knowledge, relationships and experience.
We joined forces as partners to create Abode Mallorca — combining established local knowledge and relationships with international experience, connections and buyer reach through Dubai.

Mark Tolland
Almost three decades of experience in luxury real estate, international transactions and high-net-worth client representation.
Jo
A qualified medical doctor with a successful career in aesthetic medicine, bringing established professional networks, local relationships and knowledge of Mallorca.
Kate
A former criminal lawyer, bringing legal experience, international connections and a considered approach to matters requiring discretion, sound judgement and attention to detail.
Charlotte
Client Relationship Director. Charlotte oversees communication and ensures a personal, responsive experience throughout the property journey.
